Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may attract an additional convenience fee.

Order Tracking

Return & Refund Policy

At Uberta, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • The product is in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products showing signs of use or damage by the customer.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Customized or altered products.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving the customer's bank details.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may request a return after receiving the product, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Uberta reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
